1. You must not
- Impersonate a casting director, agent, manager, producer, studio representative, union official, or any real person.
- Solicit payment from talent for submissions, callbacks, audition slots, coaching tied to a role, "exclusive access", or any so-called pay-to-play opportunity. Charging actors to be considered for work is unlawful in many jurisdictions (including California's Krekorian Talent Scam Prevention Act).
- Request or transmit intimate imagery, "test shoots" of a sexual nature, chemistry-read material outside a verified production process, or any nude/semi-nude content from talent. Requesting nudes outside an SAG-AFTRA Intimacy Rider workflow is banned outright.
- Collect, scrape, or harvest talent profiles, breakdowns, or any other content by any automated means including crawlers, bots, headless browsers, scripts, third-party scrapers, or by extracting structured data for resale, training, or reposting.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities outside of our coordinated disclosure process. See Security.
- Upload, generate, or share: child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfake likenesses of real people without their written consent, unlawful content, doxxing, threats, harassment, hate speech targeting protected characteristics, or content that infringes copyright or right of publicity.
- Misrepresent your identity, union status, work authorisation, age, or the rights you hold over uploaded material.
- Discriminate in role descriptions or talent decisions on protected grounds beyond what is permitted as a bona fide occupational qualification.
- Re-distribute confidential pre-production material ("sides") in violation of the NDA presented when you accessed them.
- Submit Service content to AI systems for training, fine-tuning, or embedding. See AI Use Policy.
2. Enforcement
We may block, rate-limit, or refuse access to anyone we reasonably believe has violated this policy, and may report unlawful conduct to law enforcement, SAG-AFTRA, or the affected production.
3. Reporting
To report abuse, impersonation, or scams: abuse@taptocast.com. To report scams targeting actors more broadly, see Scam Safety.
