2. How to submit a takedown notice
Send a written notice that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (URL is best).
- Your contact information: address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner of, or authorised to act on behalf of, the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), including a statement under penalty of perjury and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where you reside (or, if outside the U.S., the District of Delaware).
4. Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, restrict access for users we determine to be repeat infringers.
5. Misrepresentation
Knowing material misrepresentation in either a notice or a counter-notice may subject you to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
6. EU / UK notices
For notice-and-action requests under the EU Digital Services Act or UK equivalents, use the same address and clearly state the legal basis.
