1. We do not train models on user content
Nothing you create or store on the Service is used to train, fine-tune, embed, evaluate, or otherwise improve any machine learning model — by us or any third party.
2. We reserve our content from text-and-data-mining
All content on the Service — including UI text, sample breakdowns, sample profiles, sample sides, code, design, and structured data — is reserved from text-and-data-mining under EU CDSM Directive Art. 4(3), UK CDPA s.29A as applicable, and equivalent rights worldwide. This reservation is expressed in machine-readable form through:

Ignoring those signals to scrape or train on our content is a violation of these terms, applicable copyright and database law, and the Acceptable Use Policy.
3. No automated decisions on talent
TapToCast does not use AI to make hiring decisions, reject submissions, rank actors against each other for promotion, or perform any action with legal or similarly significant effects on a person. Match scoring is a deterministic heuristic based on values you explicitly entered into a breakdown (height range, age range, skills, location). It is transparent, inspectable, and adjustable by the casting team.
This is consistent with EU AI Act obligations for high-risk systems in employment contexts: were we to introduce any model-based ranking, we would publish a model card, document training data, log decisions, and offer human-review rights before doing so.
4. Synthetic media & performer likeness
You may not upload, generate, store, or distribute through the Service any AI-generated likeness, voice clone, deepfake, or synthetic performance of a real person without that person's prior written consent, and where applicable, compliance with the SAG-AFTRA TV/ Theatrical Agreement Articles addressing digital replicas (Article 86 and successors), the NO FAKES Act, the ELVIS Act (TN), the New York Right of Publicity (Civil Rights Law §§ 50/51), and California Labor Code provisions on digital replicas.
5. Use of AI in building the Service
Portions of the Service's source code and copy were drafted with assistance from generative coding tools. All output was reviewed by a human before publication. No third-party content was incorporated where licence terms forbid such reuse.
